Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn off nuts of fastening of a wheel, lift the car and establish it on support. Block forward wheels and remove a back wheel.
2. Remove a brake drum (on models with back drum-type brakes) or remove a brake disk and a brake support (on models with back disk brakes).
3. Remove a brake hose from an arm on a suspension bracket rack (the clip – is specified by an arrow).
4. Remove a nave of a wheel and the bearing (see subsection 10.13).
5. Remove a guard of a back brake and the brake mechanism (on models with back drum-type brakes). It is not necessary to assort the mechanism of brakes or to disconnect a rope of the hand brake. Suspend a guard together with the mechanism of a back brake on a suspension bracket spring by means of a wire. Do not bend a brake tube.
6. On models from ABS, remove the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel from a nave arm (see fig. Elements of an arm of a nave, a nave and the bearing of a nave of a back wheel (model with drum-type brakes)).
7. Turn off, but do not remove fastening bolts (are specified by shooters) nave arm to a suspension bracket rack.
8. Turn off and remove a bolt, a nut and washers (naves fixing an arm to cross-section levers of a suspension bracket are specified by shooters), and remove a bolt of fastening of an arm of a nave to longitudinal draft of a suspension bracket.
9. Remove the turned-off bolts of fastening of an arm of a nave to a suspension bracket rack, supporting an arm that it did not fall, and remove a nave arm from a suspension bracket rack.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Examine the plug of an arm of a nave on existence of cracks, deformation or wear tracks. If it is worn-out, give an arm to a repair truck for replacement.
2. Establish a nave arm on a suspension bracket rack, having combined openings for two fixing bolts. Insert two fixing bolts and tighten them till the demanded moment of an inhaling (see subsection 10.1).
3. Establish a bolt of fastening of cross-section levers of a suspension bracket to a nave arm, put on washers and twirl a nut. Do not twist while a nut up to the end.
4. Establish longitudinal draft on an arm of a nave and tighten fingers a fixing nut and a bolt.
5. Establish a jack under an arm of a nave and lift it on such height on which it approximately is when the car costs on wheels.
6. Tighten a nut and a bolt of fastening of cross-section drafts of a suspension bracket till the demanded moment of an inhaling (see subsection 10.1). Clean a jack from under a nave arm.
7. On models from ABS, establish the sensor of speed of rotation of a wheel on a nave arm.
8. Establish a guard of a back brake on a nave arm, establish a nave and tighten four bolts of fastening of a nave till the demanded moment of an inhaling (see subsection 10.1).
9. Establish a brake tube on an arm of a rack of a suspension bracket and fix it by means of a clip. Check, that the hose was not overwound.
10. Establish a brake drum (see subsection 9.8) or a brake disk (see subsection 9.7) and a support (see subsection 9.6).
11. Establish a wheel and nuts of fastening of a wheel.
12. Lower the car on the earth and tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel till the demanded moment of an inhaling (see subsection 10.1).
